PAYMENT

All products remain the property of Whale-Tales Outoors/Whale-Tales Archery until full payment is made. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are over 16 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase products from us. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping and payment costs are recognised before confirming the purchase. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order, an exchange for a product(s) of equal or higher value will be offered, alternatively the customer may opt for a full refund instead.

All payments made on Whale-Tales Archery/Whale-Tales Outdoors are handled by third party dedicated gateways. We do not store or have access to your payment information. LOCAL TAXES

For all shipping destinations, we ensure that sales taxes, import duties and fees are included in the final sale price. Local charges (i.e. customs duty, etc.) may apply however, depending on your region, and these additional charges are at your own expense.

Whale-Tales Archery reserves the right to amend any information, including, but not limited to, prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a product selling out, Whale-Tales Archery has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will always notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

From time to time we offer discount codes for use on whaletalesarchery.com. Unless otherwise stated, Discount codes can only be used on full price items, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
