Shop Manager (Full Time)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our thriving archery shop. This is a great opportunity for those who have a love for the sport and are eager to create an exceptional experience for both staff and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Operations: Ensure the shop runs smoothly, efficiently, and offers exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to boost sales, upsell products, and attract new customers.
- Inventory Management: Keep a keen eye on stock levels, order supplies, and manage product lines.
- Employee Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of knowledgeable staff.

Arrow Production Assembler (part time/full time available)
The Arrow Production Assembler is responsible for fletching vans/feathers, trimming arrows to length and attaching points, nocks, etc.
Requirements:
Expirence with hand and power tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong work ethic, self motivated and ability work independently and in a team.
Ability to work weekends.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
